One of my first goals for the new year was to make bread. I know, how 2020 of me. Well I am happy to say we are a week in and I can check that off my to-do list. Especially thanks to the air fryer bagels i recently made and will share more about later!
Now there’s a reason I am not a food blogger, and that’s because apparently in order to be successful you have to write 3000 words before you can present the recipe. Well, if you hate reading blogs as much as I do, you are in luck. Here is it.
Oh wait one more thing. These are totally customizable in terms of flavor. Think blueberries, cinnamon sugar, plain, asiago cheese. I went with everything but the bagel seasoning because it was quick and easy.
Also note the protein numbers in this bread. Thats hard to find! Since we are in the first week of January figured you guys might be into that. Come March, I’ll delete the macros since no one cares.
