Thank you TrophySkin for partnering with me on this blog post and showing the postive changes using RejuvaliteMD
If you have been following along with me, you may remember back at the end of November I wrote a blog post about starting Red Light Therapy in addition to my standard skincare routine. You can see that here. According to TrophySkin who is the maker of the device I used called RejuvaliteMD 5 minutes a day a few times per week, RejuvaliteMD giving your skin a lit-from-within glow. It utilizes four UV-free wavelengths including red, yellow, amber, and infrared light to effectively treat multiple signs of aging. Light therapy is a groundbreaking technology used by dermatologists to support the skin’s natural healing processes. Safe visible and infrared light wavelengths penetrate the skin, stimulating the production of natural enzymes that increase collagen production, reduce inflammation, and improve skin tone and texture. 6 weeks was a good amount of time to be able to report back to you all whether or not this is something I will continue to keep in my anti-aging
Now keep in mind it is recommended you start off 1-2 times a day for maximum results and I tried very hard to follow the directions to a tee as well as not change anything in my skincare routine to be able to have a better idea of the outcome. It was the holidays and lot of travel took place and unfortunately, though compact, RejuvaliteMD doesn’t travel as well in a carry-on. It can be done but I chose to bring jackets and sweaters instead. Summer, no problem. haha.
Mornings are typically the best time for me to do this. Before the kids wake up and need to be fed, dressed, etc. I grab my RejuvaliteMD and yoga mat and hit some stretches/meditation. Since my eyes are covered, there is no phone in my hand or distractions and it has been an amazing way to start the day. The fact that I can also beat the signs of aging while meditating and waking up is awesome. The warmth from the bulbs is icing on the cake.
Now I took a before picture and an after picture. Lets compare.
I’m actually smiling in the second one which obviously creates lines around the eyes, but my pores are smaller and most importantly I have noticed my acne flare-ups have subsided drastically which I didn’t even think would be the case. Overall I am so happy with how things are headed and can’t wait to continue my treatments.

WOW! This is so cool! I’ve heard about “red light therapy” but haven’t given it a try. My mom will actually love this, so I can’t wait to tell her about it.
Thanks for all the info!
Thanks so much for checking it out. Let me know if either of you all try. Id love to hear your thoughts.
